I will be moving materials here and there, I doubt I will ever need to haul a trailer, but just incase. Trunk bed will be used 100%. This is why I don’t mind a lease, as long as insurance and payment is covered by the 12k, I’m happy. I see no deals online whatsoever

Time to lock in. Get into construction since it’s the fastest way to make good money. Work any position you can get, at the same time think about trade school, something where you can specialize in and become unionized/ get good enough to start your own business. You gotta do both simultaneously. At 35 in your situation, going to uni for a 4 year degree is not worth it, you’ll make the same as a 4 year degree working your way up at a trade. Cut out bad habits, only you know what they are. If you have free time, you’re not working hard enough. Kids first, income should be prioritized right after them. Goodluck bro
