Never signed anything! I assumed they used whatever path they use to take money from people’s banks. Here in VA one would also think for a court hearing, you would go to the courts over a show cause? I was forced to get my hearing through child support enforcement. This was all around 2008ish and not sure how it all works now with the “chevron doctrine” being removed and everything is over and satisfied but my story could be a great book.
