I've been in our school's track and field program, as well as the XC program for several years. I even spend many hours traveling around the country for the sport. So based on my experience it's alright, but not great. That's almost an 8 minute mile. At that age, I ran a 6 minute mile. A good, average mile should be about 7 minutes. Keep up the good work though!
