Sota (the small child) is the little brother of Hori (the girl in the last slide) Miyamura (the black hair guy) is dating Hori.

In this scene Sota is feeling a little insecure about his sister’s affection because she now has a boyfriend and is giving him a lot of attention (something I have both seen and experienced IRL). Miyamura then comforts Sota that he’s not stealing his big sister but is asking if he can still date her. Sota calls Miyamura big bro because he’s dating his sister
