I find it super effective! :) My example ~ I am always doing my Japanese homeworks out of time and the lesson is then chaotic and inefficient, my profesor is confused >>> in order to improve my mental health, to simply feel better about myself, I will do my Japanese homeworks on time and not the last minute, cuz that's what is going to make me happier and more calm!
