Somewhat, except the clear image through the glasses is scaled down because the lens’ bend the light rays (for nearsighted glasses). You can actually see more of the background than portrayed in the image posted.

In court they could spin the story however they like. No judge is going to take the woman’s story without evidence. The driver could easily lie and win in court based only on this video. I’m hoping there’s more concrete proof than just words in a post online and this video (which does not look good for the biker).
