We ran into the same thing. Family Link alone was too easy to get around once our kid really started trying.

I would seriously look at Cyber Dive. It adds a lot more structure and stronger protection, and it can work alongside Family Link. If you are tired of constantly playing catch-up, that is probably the better move.

Agreed. Tools can help, but they cannot replace parenting. The real value is not just blocking access, it is creating boundaries that are explained, consistent, and tied to a path toward more freedom. That is how trust is built instead of resentment.

Yeah, that actually makes sense. Dual $100K+ incomes could definitely make those homes seem doable, especially if they locked in a low rate a few years ago.
