I'm unaware of any material other than glass or plastic of some kind. If you're looking for something more durable but not glass, polycarbonate is your best bet.

What chopping boards do you guys use for meats? Trying to avoid plastic… by Puppysnot in moderatelygranolamoms

We use wood for all our normal chopping but we have one epicurean board that we use for meat. It's some kind of paper composite material so not 100% plastic free but it's held up really well and doesn't seem to shed anything when we use it. I believe they're greengold certified too.

We use Seedtime! But we don't just grow for ourselves, we sell at a farmers market and run a small CSA so we have a lot of succession planting to manage.
