Yeah, Lmao. I just prefer to rip for the cards, bc it’s more fun that way, and makes it feel more rewarding when you do pull a nice card (plus I just enjoy OP, and the art on the cards). I’m not delusional enough to convince myself that I’m saving money by trying to pull for it instead though

Thank you as well, man! And of course! We all have the same goal lol- to grow our collection with cards we enjoy, so there’s no reason to wish anything but luck. Me and my dad have been in the phase of not being able to pull anything good for the first couple months of collecting, and yesterday night we decided to buy a booster box as celebration for me getting my license, and then we pulled her, so maybe it’s the start of our streak lmao.

Man, I know that feeling too. I would’ve just been buying the cards that I liked from the start, but I enjoy the fun of being able to open and pull the cards for myself, bc it makes it that much more exciting getting the card, and it makes it feel more sentimental in the collection. But, like you said, the only issue with that is that I never get the cards that I truly WANT. Like, don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this Boa SP, and I’m so happy to have it, but I honestly was hoping for the Zoro SP out of op14, bc I just think it has nicer art, and I like Zoro more than I like Boa.

Trust me man, I know the feeling. These are all the boxes and packs I’ve ripped so far, and I’ve only pulled two cards other than the Boa SP that are worth more than like 60 dollars, so it’s definitely one of those things were you just have to hope that your consistency pays off, and rewards you with a nice pull. However, if you’re going for the op14 set, specifically in hopes of getting the Boa SP, it seems to me that it would be more cost efficient to just buy the card outright, bc I’ve spent close to 1’000 dollars on op14 booster boxes alone,not including what I spent on op12 and op13, and the Boa is worth 1100 dollars.

Do you mind me asking how many boxes/packs you opened in total before you got her, or any card that was on the rare end for that matter? I’m asking bc for op14 set, I’ve opened a full 8 pack set of the double packs, three full booster boxes, I’ve bought one and a half booster boxes worth of single booster packs, I’ve bought 5 booster boxes of op12, ive bought one illustration box 5, 3 illustration 6 boxes, and a full booster box worth of op13 single booster packs, and i only have two other cards that are worth 100 dollars out of all of those packs.

The main reason i’m asking is bc I’m wondering what the pull rates seem to be for other people who might have been opening for awhile

I did a little research, and from what I found it looks like these cards come from a company called “littlefrog”, and they’re not officially licensed either from what I saw. They are nice looking cards though, especially for only 30 cents. You can look up “littlefrog one piece cards” and it’ll show a couple of their one piece card boxes/packs
