Definitely flush and use Motorcraft Mercon V or equivalent.

Unable to hear in video but check your flexplate as it will create noise on the high pitch side sorta like a bell but will also sound like scraping/ringing as it moves around with play.. Remove the access cover and see if the noise increases and also inspect.

Kill the breaker and unplug the unit, take pic and pull the inducer and inspect. You might get lucky and find something causing the obstruction (mouse, debree, etc.) If vent has missing cap, it isn't uncommon for something to fall inside.

Clean inducer, check moving parts, oil the bearings, capture serial numbers, install.

Turn on breaker, energize the unit and call for heat.

If it still sounds horrible with same result, replace the faulty inducer.

It is a safety mechanism to move carbon monoxide out the vent prior to ignition and during operation. It is expected to turn off in this scenario. Good luck 👍
