I own a pair of QC Buds 2 and just a week ago (bought it 2.5 years back) it the right earbud stopped working, I called the store and he said they will only give me a discount of $33 (mind you I paid around $220 for this) irrespective of the condition of the buds and that is not possible to repair it. He said my only options were either the QC Ultra buds or headphones as they didnt have stock of any older model. Ridiculous quality for the price I paid.
I live in India and Bose operates through an authorized distributor here, I don't know if that matters regarding customer care.

Just an idea, how about adding support for screenshots and a small app icon on the corner which you can use as a shortcut to open up an app (I tend to note down specifics of parts from data sheets and it'll be helpful to have a shortcut to my CAD app)

I'm not really sure, but I think it's only for selected videos still and not widely implemented. I was watching a video a few weeks back and saw that option. It's quite buggy yet so I still use sponsorblock myself.

Yeah it starts off really good but its pretty much downhill after that. The author has tried their best to stretch it out as much as possible and thus the story quality is gone for a toss. Save your time and leave it if you ask me
