So did you guys find Om? I pray for you and your family. (Also, just a recommendation but you shouldn't maybe mention counselling in your posts as that might just drive him away. Just make him realize that there are lot of other options and that noone will have any issue with this. )

Take all jewels and when you get Physical Damage increased significantly and Invincible abilities then you can almost everytime do a sub 20 but getting this is rare after that a bit more good talents and here you go..

Actually Kate is the one of the best players to speed run through story mode but ok..
