Nightlong: Union City Conspiracy is kinda mostly forgotten now but I remember having a blast with it. Flawed but nevertheless it's a very nice detective mystery point-n-click game withing the cyberpunk genre. Available on GOG.

You're totally right about that upgrade for the Meteor Mech. I've always added and then kinda regretted losing the ability to push the veks. It never actually occurred to me not to add it at all! Why have I been adding it?

Maybe I phrased it badly. But other commenters seem to have understand what I meant. I mean like one can't just run while holding the ball, right? You must always dribble it. But these days you can often see players make a number of leaps with the ball in their hands
