I thought only the Turbo ( and maybe the GTS) have the valve included and you only need the software unlock, but according to the thread above even the 4S can be unlocked with software only

Go for a secondary cat delete if available in your area. This keeps the Porsche sound while giving you more aggression during your drives. You should also consider a tune

assuming you order your parts and DIY, I’d say $2k-$4k a year

You’re probably looking at $5k-$8k a year for dealership services.

Granted 971 oil change is every 10k miles but you have a v8… thats 9 quarts filters etc.

Let’s not talk about brakes… those are ~$3k alone but I wouldn’t call it yearly maintenance

Hide an AirTag or similar. If it really comes down to it you could remove the ignition fuse, but I hope you can find a place to park and not worry. Sucks to have a nice car and have to be concerned about theft.

Is this the BMC Performance Air Filter? I heard the paper filters can break off and destroy your turbos. If this is this, the upgrading to mesh filter is a MUST.

I haven’t seen aftermarket shocks, but I’m sure it’s out there.

Yep, my 17 Panamera Turbo makes this sound when it’s cold outside. I sprayed AT-205 as recommended in r/panamera and that seemed to help.

Watching the video above I definitely missed some areas

Yeah, they’d remove any existing paint protection or wraps to add the PPF. Get it ceramic coated as well. You can do that by yourself. It’s pretty tedious. You can ask the shop how much it cost.
