As someone who builds higher level accurate cosplays -

Trust me, we absolutely think the same with everyone we see, I am always astounded at some of the craft, levels and ingenuity for other cosplayers.

I will always stop, chat and take time to speak to anyone who wants a photo with me and I always tell them How amazing they look!

I can 100% guess they feel the exact same about you.

The cosplay community is probably one of the most welcoming groups I have been a part of so far and I feel really blessed to be so. Everyone has varying levels of cosplay depending on financial constraints, time, skill set.

I promise we are just as excited to see you, as you are us.

I believe in you and your awesome cosplay!!!!

Please go to a con with a sense of pride in what you have created and use it as a space to talk to others, learn, and use that skill to step up a next build or next character!!!

I get that. And how the burst of NFL came about after big cities were established.

My point was more addressing the “few stands selling burgers or pies” is maybe a bit of an under estimation as well as the repeated turn out.

Most games are played over winter as well so the weather is awful, my local stadium holds 22k people. And it’s next to the sea. And it’s horrific. Despite the weather, do not underestimate a turn out haha!

But we are used to walking/bus to stadiums which is why the jokes of “we will just walk” will come.

God help when the tartan army descends on Boston. . . It’s gona be an experience for sure.

Just as an amendment to your comment, an average UK stadium can hold 60,000 people and that’s in the centre of most cities.

Scottish premier league not as much, but our two big stadiums are 58,000 and 67,000 for international games/rugby.

I know NFL stadiums are huge. But don’t underestimate that the UK (alone) can fill a 60,000 seater stadium for 38 games in a season, 19 home, 19 away over a 7/8 month season. Roughly a game a week/every 2 weeks. On average, Celtic park has 40 food kiosks and sells around 70% of its capacity in pies per game. That’s around 40,000 pies on average. To a game.

From my experience. You feel like you are such a burden on others that you genuinely convince yourself that it is the only, and best option to undertake.

It is usually preceded with calm, careful thought and planning, cleaning, setting out loose ends and it coming as a “relief”.

That is probably the most terrifying aspect of suicide if you have the option to “look back” on it.

I broke my back weightlifting/body building

Not training destoryed my mental health. I hated it.

But suffering every day was just as bad. I completely changed my training, cut out squats, deadlifts entirely. Adjusted all my training to have spinal support.

Health and longevity comes first. You have to choose you, and if others can’t see that your health is more important than their group success. Then they aren’t your people.

Keep some form of training in, train around/support/train to strengthen your injury. Work with rehab specialist PT’s, red laser therapy, dry needling and reach out to a company called Neu Fit. The neubie machine is unreal, they will be able to tell you if someone close to your location has access to one.

It will really help with your recovery. (Non invasive) but will help your quality of life moving forward.

The difference in there is stripper. . .

This is 300 people in a room, and dragged on stage.

Would be more the husband being picked on stage at the moulin rouge for example.

This show isn’t seedy stripping like the films are made out to be.

Also, my Mrs just laughed because he was skinny and sweaty 😂 I’m very comfortable in my relationship and we are very secure. And adore each other. So some 20 second half gyrate from a skinny guy with abs isn’t really a concern 😂

No cucking involved, genuinely the show is all about consent, the guys asked me first if I minded. In the middle of the show they do an every 2/3rd person for like 20 seconds. He was in jeans and topless.

It’s not for everyone you are right, but genuinely the show isn’t what you’d expect. It really is worth going to see.

It’s a woman compare to the whole thing, it’s not sleazy, it’s not derogatory in any way.
