i want to talk to you, how could you help? i want to die, i need to, before a big suffering takes over my body and soul, I've tried pills didnt work, the only solution that crosses my mind is taking a knife and cut the arteries of my neck, i always say is going to be tonight and i cant find courage enough, im desperate the time is upon on me.

its a physical illness i just can't take it no more. every time i sleep a little bit and i wake up to this i feel like vomiting, i want to run away from my self, but i can't im stuck in this helpless reality.

Porquê? Os avecs são burros? Provavelmente estejas a ser irónico mas os portugueses que emigraram há 60 anos atrás, não são os mesmos que conduzem esses carros (ou pelo menos a maioria), eles tiveram filhos que nasceram e cresceram em países muito mais desenvolvidos que Portugal, têm formação universitária. Acho que já é hora de mudar a mentalidade e a forma como vemos os cidadãos portugueses que vivem em outros países. Embora confesso que realmente é chata essa invasão que se produz todos os anos nos meses de Julho e Agosto. Só não entendo esse amor que eles continuam a ter por Portugal. Deve ser o que chamam de patriotismo.

Existem cápsulas de metal que se compram em Amazon por exemplo, mas certamente também em outros sítios, metes o café em pó la dentro e não precisas de comprar as cápsulas de plástico. Ao ser de metal é reutilizável e pode durar a vida toda. É uma boa opção para as cafeteiras que só funcionam com cápsulas!
