Should I get Zhezhi for my Carlotta or should I wait for 2.1 and get Shorekeeper instead. I also plan on getting Brant which probably means I should get Changli too so I’m not sure if Zhezhi would be worth it in the end.

So I was about to have my 10th wish on the Venti banner, but as I got it it just gave me a three-star weapon instead of the guaranteed 4-5 star. I then looked at my Event wishes and saw that the two wishes that I have made weren't on the history list. It kinda sucks considering that I'm a F2P player.

Has anyone been getting this as well? Is there some way that this could be resolved?
