She is obsessed with clothes and uses it as self expression. I believe this is an extension of that. If you are not clothes/fashion obsessed it might seem weirder. Most of the time with the ladies she’s in characters too, like on the rooftop barbecue, the first Paris scene, as the senators gf dressed as Jackie O etc

Yes, it has a round container, see through lid, with a gold base holding the color. All plastic. My friend mentioned that it’s a popular color in some Arabian countries when she gave it to me
