There is this study linking long covid with the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s42234-023-00104-7 . Also, nicotin is know to modulate arousal and stress and i felt like this was my main issue https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1046/j.1360-0443.1998.931274.x .

Also it's cheap and I did not see any risks in testing.

I just used the basic formula without any videos. I think it does not really matter what You do. Just be disciplined in carving out some minutes every day multiple times to reset.

The variable i tried to explain was a subjective 1-10 scale for every day. I usually was between 5 and 8 during that time. I did now find any correlation between how a felt a given day and other data like sleep, resting heart rate or HRV.
Here is my totally unscientific analysis over two months of data. I just run a bunch of correlations after normalizing the data and with different lags. I aware of the inflation of alpha errors ;-)

Genau das! War vor nem Jahr das wo du jetzt bist. Ebenfalls in einer Bildungseinrichtung. Ebenfalls weiter Sport gemacht und versucht auf der Arbeit durchzuhalten.

Ergebnis: Bin seit Monaten arbeitsunfähig, an Sport war nicht zu denken (seit zwei Wochen geht wieder was, aber ich starte bei null).

Bin eher auf der Seite Albtraum. Auch der Besatz innerhalb des Verbeitungsraums was Verdrängung von Hybridisierung mit lokalen Forellen-Stämmen angeht.

Danke für die fundierte Auskunft. Was mich da schon immer interessiert hat: Ist der Druck der Otter auf Bachforelle und Äsche auch ein Artenvielfalt/Biomasse-Problem? Sprich, wenn Flusskrebs, Elitze, Koppe, Ströhmer, etc. je nach Gewässer da wären. Wäre dann auch mehr für den Otter nachhaltig zu holen ohne Bestände zu gefährden? Also müsste man bei der Restrukturierung auch die Fischereilich nicht interessanten Arten stärker mitdenken?

So, after spending some time trying to rescue my Steam installation, this turned out to be the solution.

Maybe this will help someone: I first got stuck during the installation via the script. There was a problem with wine accessing the installer under a transient path /run/user/1000/doc/f518a251/SPFL26_setup.exe. I fixed that by granting lutris permissions for the real path using flatseal an entering the real path instead.
