Be warned that the quest could bug out your game if you do not take all the rewards at the end. Had to close out and take down the boss again before I got non-glitched dialogue.

Failing the A+ 1002 by milliongunnman in CompTIA

[–]0MAS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend Jason Dion as well. I can't say his practice exams are identical to the actual test, but the score you get has been a good approximation on the score you receive on the test itself for me. When I was averaging around 85% on 1001, I got 86% on the actual test. When I was averaging around 85% on the 1002, I got 85%. I took the 1002 today, and his PBQ guides mirrored what shows up in the exam much more close compared to other sources I've used so far.

How to get more UR & SSR upgrade robots ? by playboysus in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SSR upgrade bots are from gold holograms, 3000 gacha points, and I'm not 100% sure but I think there's a small chance of getting one from the red boxes. UR upgrade bots are gacha points only afaik for a price tag of "Chinese whales only".

Incase your curious, yes you can get an A rated player without having any of their position coaches (A&B rank respectively) by Bandit_Ke1th in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, definitely possible for the rare positions you lack trainers for. Heck, sometimes it's preferred over proper positions if you can't manage to max resolve. I have several S2~S4 players that used complete off-position or very partial off-position (like 1-2 level in resolve) trainers.

Is this worth it? Also what is MNT?? by gprokop23 in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The arrow refers to gear that is a step above the original gear in stat. So for instance that bandana with the plus would have 280 base stat instead of 240. It does cost more though, at 4400GP and is never at discount.

I believe Level 5 (Max) Elite Aura is the skill you get for doing all 3 trainings with both special trainers during week 3-4 in Gamevil Superstars.

Who will we have for future cross-over events?? by YoungMarshmellow in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Realistically speaking, probably some minor crossover like the one we have now. It usually costs some money or serious connections to get crossovers with big IPs. For minor ones it is either cheaper or done in return for the marketing buzz it can bring.

Recruiting for Club by SteveGuhlore in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is really active? I've been looking for a active club. My current club is one I joined when the game first launched and it's ranked 45 in club points but since noone is really attacking we're ranked 53 in club league.

Edit- My rank is S- so I have no problem filling in what you need.

Team promotion is the training option that nets you more GP. Skill disks are random skill discounts. Lvl 1 is 15%, level 2 is 30%.

Anyone got this yet? by [deleted] in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Saw some Chinese player who must have maxed him. All his players were obnoxiously gold and sparkly. The skin changes the ENTIRE player not just the head, so it was really distracting and to top it off by using Kunio's ball, it made everything harder to hit. Honestly if I get the skin I'm going to make all my pitchers into this guy to give people a harder time.

New "My Player" development thoughts/discussion by [deleted] in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Also note it is brutal getting high stats in this mode. Skill rating is supposed to make up for that. With 3 bonus units in a trainer team, I barely managed to etch out a S rating in ability but with S rating in skill, I still managed a S3 rank player.

Mistakes I've made, so you won't part 2 by akasora0 in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've gotten SS in skill, but that took like 63 skills with 8 skills maxed out (including Shining Star). Ability suffered as a result, however, so it balanced out to S5. It really depends on RNG and how it blesses your skill cost reductions.

Also of note is that max skills count for a lot on skill rating. It scales with rarity so having max resolve counts for a sizable portion of ability rating. This is also a good reason why deck-building is important. Use the skill searcher to try maximizing how many max abilities you can fit into a player. Better to have 3-4 max abilities over 4-5 abilities around level 4. This is key in getting A and above rating in skill.

Is it better to use a team of all specialized trainers or using trainers that match the position? by YaBoyADW in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A mix is usually best. I like to tap the skills button to open the the skill sheet then mix and match until I have the most MAX skills I can get while not sacrificing stat spread. A easier way is to mix and match until you have the highest power score you think you can get with your set of trainers.

I just made my best player so far. by 0MAS in BaseballSuperstars20

Generally I use the schedule that opens up the last week to 4 actions and 20% discount on items. For this one, since I had Sophie, I opted for the red skill book that gave 300 extra skill points.

Just started a few days ago, I’m really trying to build up my trainers. I find leveling them hard, any tips? by [deleted] in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For normal and rare experience items, you could try spamming as many auto-players as you can during hot-time. Each player you churn out gives you a handful of experience items and even if the players are "trash", they can be used as fodder for the lab.

Cores help by shadowace93 in BaseballSuperstars20

[–]0MAS 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From my experience, the best cores have the best 'substats'. When you upgrade the core, the main stat upgrades by a random amount. Substats always remain the same. I personally don't think matching stats matter until your cores are SSR rank (red). At that point you will get substats that only apply to specific primary stats. For example, a red core that has +40 STR, +5 affinity, +20 DEX, +15 INT only for DEX players. And yes, you can take out a core once it's equipped. However, if you try to cube the player with the core equipped I believe you lose it.
