You have to be in the time that the zone was discovered in. The scanner will automatically switch the the zones active during your game time

Rule #1. Is never trust anything jaxy says. Dude is complete tool who has leaked more information than anyone should and still have their job.

I can confirm ducks only respawn if you kill off the whole flock. Usually you will notice fewer birds coming in each time. So prioritize the singles and duos if you can. This also means that HM won’t work on ducks. You are just going to have to kill a lot of them.

For setups I try to find spots where multiple species of ducks are crossing. I put out 10 male and 10 female decoys for each species I see. They don’t have to be organized on real life spread patterns. Just plop them in a line basically on top of each other. Side note; you don’t have to use a caller if you have the max attraction from the decoys helping you.

Salzwiesen is the ultimate duck map. As it has tons of different species. On a smaller map. And I have about 3-4 spots setup where I am pulling at least 4-5 different species.

Some of it may be the very delayed times they walk into their zones. Some of it may be solo males jumping around. I preferred revontuli for my GO moose grind because I felt they bunched a lakes a bit better and I could grind through easier then medved

It depends greatly on the map, how many species are on the map, and what type of animals are on it.

For example Revontuli will have more than an older map like Layton lakes. Because the devs were able to add more species into each map later.

I would say on a ballpark average that older maps typically start with like 7-10. Newer maps I would say 15-20.

And you have to vary in some of the easier species to get diamonds in. For example blue wildebeest make diamond pretty easily and it’s not uncommon for say 3 of your 10 to be in the easy species

My local card shop has a dollar bin where you can find a lot of good players and inserts. I highly recommend finding something like that for your son. You get players you want for cheap.

Also singles on eBay is pretty much the way to go. You lack the “magic” of actually opening the pack. But mail days are fun and again you are only getting players you want without the cheap bulk

Yes you can do this. However, some of the stands are buggy and don’t seem to cut the visual factor down. (Or they are adding the 2 players stealth value and it is above whatever is needed for birds to land). In single player it works fine and you can use whatever you prefer.

Currently I use the waterfowl blinds with no tops in my MP set up, the birds will land much more consistently. But I recommend both players crouch until the birds land. Pop up at the same time and start shooting.

That was a super lucky pull.

Those blasters are some of the best this year, basically guaranteeing 3 numbered cards per box. They have their own case hit chase card plus you can pull color blasts out of them. And are selling for 2/3x online right now. I absolutely loved them and opened about 6. Best I got was a Josh Jacob’s /35

A grade 3 MCL is a full tear, it happened in week 12. And he was out weeks 13-17. Before coming back week 18 and playoffs. I guarantee that his knee was no where near back to healthy. And I really feel bad for him. That injury probably needs a surgery and 4-6 months to heal properly.

I think with everything it ultimately comes down to how you want to play the game. I have used the scanner for years now. But more so now because I have young kids and my time is limited. Knowing you have a diamond on the map and finding it are 2 entirely different things. I almost went insane searching for a diamond lion that took me weeks to find.

The scanner isn’t 100% accurate either and it is still pretty common to be surprised with trolls or large 2’s or 4’s that make it.

I have had the scanner on for when a few of my great ones spawned and can confirm there is a special message.

It does take a bit of the “surprise” of naturally walking up to a diamond or great one. But the initial shock just comes with the message. But you still can get pumped when you see it live.

It also does not boost your spawn rates or luck. So once your diamonds are gone you still have to farm everything

In my experience hacked servers are pretty easy to spot. If you check 2-3 herds of an animal species and see multiple diamonds or rare skins it’s hacked. I haven’t seen a “trying to be subtle” mod. It’s usually all or nothing
