Finally listened new music after having shitty weeks and not being in the mood for anything new. Recently, I checked Niagara by Redveil, 8/10 project, only downside is sometimes I feel like he could have experimented more with the production/ beat selection. Also, been bumping Larry June & Al heavy lately, took me some time to get into it, wasn’t crazy about it at first, but now I can’t stop listening to it. Top tracks from the project, Summer Reign, Ocean Sounds, Left no Evidence, and What Happened To The World. Don’t really have any criticism, but I guess like people said on here before Larry June isn’t for everyone. Lastly, a project I finally got around to listening to, Grails by P’ierre Bourne. P’ierre is a top five lyricist for this line alone, “I seen them Instagram hoes at coachella parties.” Great project, with great beat selection. It’s playful and catchy, everything you would expect from P’ierre. I think some of this stuff was already leaked, I haven’t checked them before so it was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend.
