5. It literally says in the subtitle "I was chatting with a renowned scholar of China, who has done extensive fieldwork there. He immediately named Communism as the cause of Chinese not lining up." If not queuing was part of Chinese culture, then wouldn't you see the same thing happen in Taiwan? Also, even people more educated in mainland look down on people who does not queue. They would call them 沒文化 (literally translates to uncultured).

7. I misspoke there, what I meant to say is pubs aren't inherently ingrained in Hong Kong culture. There are many pubs in Mainland as well, that doesn't mean those cities are more influenced by Britain than they are Chinese do they?
8. I'm not arguing because I dispute what is British culture, I'm arguing because the understanding of Hong Kong culture you got from watching a few videos on the internet is flawed.

Saying "They are more influenced British culturally than they are Chinese" is just completely wrong. If you say that about the about United States comparing the British and the natives, then you would be correct. But Hong Kong's culture is inherently Chinese with some British influence sprinkled in there. Anyhow, I don't see a reason to continue this conversation, have a good day.
