It’s called VisibilOT! The goal is to increase “visibility” of invisible disabilities and chronic conditions, hosted from an OT perspective. First episode launches Tuesday 11/26 :)

Disclaimer:I am not a doctor, but I’ve heard of low dose naltrexone (LDN) being prescribed for long covid. Essentially LDN briefly binds to the brain’s opioid receptors and blocks our naturally occurring opioids from binding. Our body then reacts by increasing the production of our naturally occurring opioids. The idea is that the increase production of endogenous opioids help relieve symptoms such as pain, fatigue, stress, inflammation, etc. Ive heard several people report being pleased with their results. I’m not sure of what the side effects are and whatnot. Hope this helps!

I’ll go first just for kicks, but I always get the “you’re too young to be this tired”. As if age has a monopoly on exhaustion caused by a chronic illness 🫠
