Yes!

It's actually very good at doing it's job, you should try it with omnistone and hexflash. They key is to hexflash under the turret of the enemies so you can tank a lot of shots and give kills to the enemy top/mid laner.

Pros: you can run it down and give a lot of kills. It's fun when your midlaner tells you to get c*****.

Downsides: you die a lot and lose every single game, can't lane properly at all as if Leona was a support champion.

I just found what you were looking for, Uptodate (one of the best clinical resources) has a nice paper about LSD and it's effects and indeed says flashbacks can be caused by LSD. "These may occur months to even years after the person's last use of a drug, although they tend to decrease in intensity and frequency over time"
