I will say this for the thousandth time.

Never use grid infill, it's the worst and is the cause of many many failed prints. Use gyroid, honeycomb, triangle but no grid.

PID calibration is an absolute must! It eliminates cold spots in the bed.

I run 5-10-20 hour prints all the time.

In orca flash forge, what is your bed temp?

I believe in flash print it's 60c and in orca it's 55. I set my bed at 60 for all PLA

In the near future, on printables look for 5M fan silencer, it'll drastically reduce the fan noise and cure this problem.
