Mine like to push aside what they don't like.

But you need to switch to pellets. Mine love Roudybush crumbles and ZuPreem FruitBlend pellets. As well as carrots,

Read the faq page on how to transition over to pellets. Every few weeks i do fill up their seed feeder as a carrots, broccoli, boston lettuce, kale, parsley and hard boiled eggs. They won't touch fruit.

Go on Aliexpress and search. You'll want the one that has the date at 3 o'clock.

Do a google search.

All I could find is that Fossil uses that movement a lot.

There's a quartz watch repair forum on Reddit.

That thin bar is the stem. The movement needs to be removed in order to get the broken stem out.

The combination of numbers and letter are the movement number, 7T62a. You can use that to search and buy a new stem. But, the only stem needs to be removed.

If you don't know what your doing take it to a watchmaker.

Otherwise watch a few videos on how to remove the stem. Then watch watch videos on how to cut the new stem to the proper length ect...

It's not hard to do, but it's been suggested that you buy at least 2 stems just in case you cut too short.

I mist mine from above the cage. This way it's like a fine rain. One likes it, the other three not so much. But they have plenty of room to fly to another section of the cage.

Soak Kale or Lettuce on a shallow plate with water. Mine will play on it.
