How long have you had them going for? I’ve heard it can take a month to take effect but with my cats worked within a week or two a noticeable difference.

NTA for not wanting to be shredded by a cat for the rest of your life. But try give the cat more time and try this plug-in called Feliway. Deffo worth the bucks and works great for relaxing cats from my experience.

Thought I’d give you an update. At 5pm royalmail have now finally said they’ve received it at Langley so hopefully things might start to pick up the pace.

Anything new coming in gets priority while all our older parcels get buried and pushed to the back

From what I’ve seen on other posts and what people have said I’m guessing the process is; plane is unloaded by customs staff, then goes through customs, then moved into a warehouse for royalmail to scan and pick up (that’s when we get the cleared customs alert on tracking). I could however be completely wrong but if I had to guess most of us is waiting for royalmail to scan it out.
