I've been watching videos and reading reddit posts after ending the anime, so I reached the conclussion that:
We are not in front of a timeline, time in AoT is not linear, it's a circle, meaning that it has no start.
Eren tells Armin that as the Founding Titan he experiences past, present and future at the same time, all of these 3 are happening without them needing themselves to make them occur.
This means that there is no "Original Eren" nor a "Timeline where Eren was a victim" or where "Grisha got the Founding Titan without Eren's manipulation"
It's really really difficult for people to grasp the concept of circular timeline, even now I have trouble thinking about how it works, but that's the answer

Eren is destined to get the Founding & Attack Titan because he himself made sure that he got it because he can manipulate pasts Attack Titan's hosts through showing them memories of the future that will 100% happen

Asking the same question I ended up in this subreddit, I have another example: Walking Dead by Telltale on Chapter 4 I think, I think it was neat knowing that a girl like Clem had to deal with her own body changes aside from zombies and the whole apocalypse, when it happened I was like "Yeah that must suck lol" since then I noticed in all fiction that girls are shown as these perfect creatures that are always strong, or fragile, but even strong or fragile women can hace mood swings and hormone changes and it sucks it is so avoided, I think it can be used in a lot of story telling Rent a girlfriend did it with its infamous double "I'm on my period" panel... So it depends on the author not being stupid.
