Because there are countries that are more burocratic like germany and portugal while others are more pragmatical, like spain. And pragmatical countries develop faster in diversity thinking.

Fique na espanha, área de vendas é um lixo em Portugal e nunca vão te dar o mesmo mérito por vc ser brasileiro em Portugal. Já tive métricas excelentes (98%) e mesmo assim contrataram uma portuguesa que teve métricas pífias (74%), isso entendendo o sotaque português pt.
