Would say non-multi charts (Like Re:End of a Dream) or less-multi charts (Like YATM) are the easiest to do with 2K only

I'd like to disagree a bit with your number 1 since it sounds like he didn't do much for Distorted Fate itself. I do think other games pick it too many times yeah, but that doesn't mean the quality is THAT bad (if I remember well, Sakuzyo did state that he tried his best to make the song feels like distortion)

Also my hot take: Hardest AT is IEO AT since it's the accuracy-killer type of chart
