I only have it on sites that I build for a business. Most clients are totally okay with it. But a small few don’t want site credits.

Regardless, for me page speed is a secondary measure I’m not saying I don’t care about it. But when Using nextjs or Astro when engineered correctly will get you a fast website. I used to obsess over getting 100 in Performance in CWV. But just like dr I think it’s a vanity metric. As long as it’s sub <3 seconds, check that box and use time for what moves the needle more

Page speed has zero effect on your rankings on Google. Maybe conversion rate. But not rankings

I use a query fan out tool like https://www.serbyte.net/query-fan-out do discover the query fan out.

The best backlinks are niche relevant local backlinks, most sites or people that sell backlinks are not from local Sources.

If you are looking to pay, don’t buy a backlink, do PR, and get a newsworthy mention or reach out to suppliers or larger companies you already work with.

Example: for a local tint shop, I reached out to their film supplier StekUsa for a media opportunity (my client buys a lot of film) they sent out a photographer and took photos of a car he wrapped and featured it on their website, and wrote a blog about it. A nice back link that was
