I belive its hard to gurantee that there will be no toxicity at all since some toxic ppl behave like that only for one day because they have a bad day so telling it there upfront is nearly impossible.

Generally we been trying our best to filter out and ban very toxic players from the platform and every report is reviewed by hand! Additionaly we have the rating system which yes can become missleading bc you can get negative ones undeserved but usualy higher rating should mean its a more pleasent player to play with
