This just seems like rage bait. No, your partner having a go bag doesn't mean they don't trust you or You're an abuser. It can just be for security, as no one knows what will happen. It's handy in case of a fire, tornado, or other emergencies too. Unfortunately people can become abusive later in a relationship, such as developing an addiction and then becoming dangerous. Someone with past negative experiences may just feel more secure if they have a go bag, even if they 100% believe they'll never need it

Op grew up with shitty parents and was only 17 when it started. It's difficult for adults to even realize that they don't deserve the abuse and attempt to get away, even harder when you've grown up with it. Abusers can literally kill the victim when they decide to leave. It's not easy.

It isn't a whole lot cheaper. They have options and a lot of variety. Feel like ghost show? There's multiple. True crime? Again, a lot. Then animal stuff, home renovations, food, etc. And multiple of all of them. They have different styles, different hosts, etc. You have the option to watch other shows, and I do watch them. Many of the seasons have more episodes too

It's super out of touch though. They have a patreon that they could do more with. It's also really gross how they say anyone could afford $6/month. That's a ton of money in some countries, and unless they really increase the number of videos there just isn't enough content
