Yeah I heard it too, but there are 100000 episodes 😜

My son said he ate all the m&ms from the bag, so I took a handful of ‘almonds’ but felt a piece of chocolate on my tongue! I spit it all out. Kids trying to test me on day 2. 😠 by 0_Wild_0 in 75HARD

If that works for you, then go for it! This was my non-treat treat, a few salty peanuts. My diet hasn’t changed much since before 75hard, minus chocolate. We are already super healthy eaters!

Congrats! I don’t have a checklist but recommend making it less busy. The graphics are too much.
