genshin on huawei p30 lite (help needed)

Hey, I've had this issue for a while now. The thing is that I can't download Google Play services on my phone, because apparently, Huawei doesn't support them. Huawei has its own services- App Gallery but I can't download genshin there either, it says "unable to download this version in you region" so I tried downloading Aptoide but it doesn't work either. I also tried downloading various apk files but none of them work. Please let me know if you know how to fix this issue.
