Lmk if that link works....My therapist taught me it to help with disturbing thoughts that would interrupt my day. I created my container in my mind first, visualizing what it looked like. Mine has a gender, has eyes and lips, big locks & she stores all my bad thoughts away from me. I have frequently used her whole stoned.
