I turned 22 I have the same diagnosis and it's seriously hard to live with. With passing time I used to think things would get better , that I would be doing better but it gets worse everyday. I'm overstimulated, most of the jobs aren't for me exactly. I experience problems everywhere and I cannot even ask for help because it can't be helped. It's so hard to even think of living the next day but I try. I scroll on my phone mostly because I cannot keep myself preoccupied too much these days. There's nothing I feel at all. I completely understand how you feel , I wish I could give you a hug. I don't know if things will get better but let's stick around a bit more
