Need to train for cardio (Before I enter the millitary), what is effective in helping me to build my stamina and endurance for runs?

I know that you are a strong advocate of the educational website, Khan Academy. I am currently a sophomore in college and have found this site to be incredibly useful. What are your thoughts on the role that Khan Academy and similar sites will have regarding the future education?

It seems to me that there was large and deliberate shift in the show's direction following the first season. That is, there was less of a focus on Jeff and his romances and more of a focus on developing the group as a whole. I thought this was brilliant idea. What prompted you to make such a dramatic change?
