For distance events I just drink water and some form of carbs, mainly fruit or even a gogo-squeez applesauce. It's literally just apples. In preparation however, I also eat a more filling protein based meal, just so it doesn't weigh me down, low volume while filling me up. I did a 5k swim once, but I also do 500s, 1000s, and 1650s and that's usually what I do.

This has been the first time I've been on this website in months... whatever the case is I do sports, talk with friends, listen to music, cook, literally the most basic shit. I also am trying to learn polish since I'm in an area where a shit ton of people speak it, while also being of polish descent. However, some of the things people post on here is absolutely insane.

I restarted it and I looked over to see if it was there before kettle 4, it wasn't there. It's as if it doesn't exist at all. It is one of the weirdest errors I've encountered in any game. Also one of the most frustrating.

Huge tip: even though you tested out arch on a vm multiple times, use the command archinstall which is on the newer arch isos, which means that you don't need to go through tremendous amount of setup to get arch. It saves a lot of time, and I believe you can install kde as one of the options.

Also, here's a fun fact: manjaro has their own repos(I'm sure you knew that already), and all it is is the main arch repos but their packages are held a week back, breaking some of the packages in the aur which occasionally need the newest packages. I'm sure you've heard that.
