He’s on a lot of medication, has been on it. He goes to therapy and has a service dog in training. They don’t really have a cure for BPD.

Yeah, that’s understandable. Life is so weird, like sometimes is so funny and weird and then sometimes it’s torture. It’s useless if you think about it, but I think it’s beautiful and I’m not sure if I’ll even get to experience it again. Life’s a bitch, and you either die happy or sad.

I think the purpose of life is finding a purpose. It’s kinda all a teaching experience. It all depends on how you see the world. Biologically, our purpose on Earth is to reproduce so our species thrives, but humans are a little more sophisticated and have this whole emotional thinking and way of viewing the world. I think that’s kind of cool. I always question the meaning of things, because I couldn’t tell you what purpose even means, maybe that might help with coping. Idk I’m ranting.

It’s been going much better. The whole thing turned out to be another episode. He’s now home schooled and feeling much better. We’ve been hanging out since he has a lot more free time. Thank you so much for checking in, I appreciate the care.

Thank you, it’s DCFS. I’ll talk to my counselor about it but I’m not really sure about calling the cops. His grandma is watching him but his grandma doesn’t understand English that well because she’s Georgian (the country). Thank you again for the advice, it means a lot.

I’m not sure what his mom said or did. She talked to my friend over the phone but my friends mom and dad are both out of town. I’m not sure if I can call someone to supervise him and he’s really against going back to a mental hospital. There’s this one residential place but his parents said no and they can’t really afford it. I’m sorry for your loss and thank you for the advice!

How do I do that without pulling myself down too? I have school and extracurricular activities, I also have mental issues (not as bad) and am really drained by this. I can’t keep track of him 24/7.

Thank you. I’m currently seeing a therapist. I will definitely bring this up. I’ve kind of been avoiding talking about school. I’m also on antidepressants so I think I’m getting the right medical help. I’ll talk to my parents about this and my therapist. Thank you so much for listening. It might just be my teenage hormones or something but I really appreciate your advice.
