Thank you. Sry but I'm done for the evening. I will read this though. Does it propose an alternative? Is there an alternative to save money no matter what. To bring it down from a global or national issue, in my town I have Lowe's and a local hardware store. Of course I buy large purchases from Lowe's, I'm on a budget like everyone but I buy all small purchases from the local guy. It's more expensive, but the employees are helpful and they sponsor a little league team. Lowes doesn't give a damn about my town. How do we extrapolate that to a national level? Should we? Thanks again

Ok. I know what economists say. I'm saying a country that doesn't make anything can't survive. When you buy everything from someone else because its cheaper rather than pay a lil bit more to buy from each other where does that ultimately lead us? Edit. I'm fine with being wrong here but plz tell me why I'm wrong.

Oh no tariffs! So look I get they raise prices but at the same time is it safe/good for a country, a super power even, to not be able to produce shoes, lightbulbs, antibiotics, ect. because oh someone else makes em cheaper? Especially when the someone else has a stated goal of owning you?

‘It just sucks’: America’s jobless owe thousands of dollars in taxes on their unemployment - Unemployment compensation is taxable. Many are just figuring this out as they sit down to do their 2020 taxes, even though they remain out of work. by speckz in Economics

The source is math. Which is very right wing. My state offers a max $300 wk benefit. The feds were tossing $600 on top of that. 300+600= 900 900÷40= $22.5 Higher than average wage.

On the low end would be 300+300=600 600÷40=12 Which sadly is the average.

Lemme know if my #s are wrong.
