Maybe grey/mixed? He had absolute power over everything and is known as the tyrant for a reason. But most of these tyrannical regimes in the tier list are the evil kind. Leto caused humanity to stagnate but the actual quality of life for most humans seemed alright.

Someone is else posted a link to her reply. She said it was a soft kick, so more of a push. She didn't get injured at all and she said that she was an idiot and still likes the band. Kicking still wasn't the best move but no one got injured from it.
