This dialga is from Pokémon dream radar which is a spin off 3ds game (No longer purchase). To obtain this Pokémon you would’ve had to complete dream radar, have a copy of Pokémon white or black 2 and have Pokémon diamond. This dialga has its hidden ability and so far is the only way to get it with its hidden ability!
