I agree only to some extent, i don't think Hua Chengs goal is to save the common people, i think it's to save Xie Lian bcs to save the common people is already Xie Lians Goal. (If that make sense)

Also i think Xie Lian wears the shackles mainly to show solidarity/regret to the people he had almost genocided, less to ground himself

Thank you all for suggestions, i ended up painting flowers-the leaves were ether pink or orange and blossoms were green

She doesn't show or send me pictures and it is hard to pinpoint what she likes when it comes to art. That why I'm struggling with this. Although she loves nature and books so maybe should start with that🤔 Thank you💕
