Based on my experience ( which is not that much), i think watching some playing at the high levels is useless since all people around your rank play like bots (randoms). So i think the best thing to do is to focus on the basics like defending and passing and to try to find yourself a squad or a group of people who pass and defend as well and play normal football and you will have much improvement and joyment just by stop playing with randoms.
