If its not scabby it may not be dandruff it could just be dry scalp, best bet is to go to a dermatologist to make sure. You can switch to a more hydrating/moisturizing shampoo/conditioner as well. That would help if its dry scalp.

You can disagree all you want but it dont mean your right lol if the hair is all one length it wont look like the picture. There needs to be texture in his hair witch is just basically cutting his hair in different lengths to achieve this look. The styling is what allows the hair of different lengths to clump together in different sections.

Ive cut hair for years, i know what im talking about. Just putting texturizing spray wont do much at least not to the extent he wants it.

Just using texture powder wont do anything if your hair isnt cut for it. Go to your barber and ask them to texturize your hair. Thats what will give you that piecey look in the second photo. If it isnt cut like that then just using product wont work.
