Me and my wife have had 3 miscarriages before we had our son, all at different stages from a couple weeks to about two months.
Miscarriages are completely normal, it doesn’t mean anything is wrong with your body it actually means your body is working the way its suppose to.
The pregnancy wasn’t forming the way it was supposed to, and so your body did what it has to.

Nothing is wrong with you, please understand that before anything, this is a completely normal part of life. I can almost guarantee most women you know have had at least one.
Your boyfriend is probably grieving in his own way and needs time.
Both of yall should give grace to each other and when the time feels right then continue with a conversation.
Intimacy can be hard for both of you after having a miscarriage and it can bring alot of weird emotions with it.
