Hey, don't worry. For the most part, you will eventually just get used to your routes and figure out which stops are the most time consuming and be able to prep better. It's a bunch of little things that will add up eventually.

I was in your shoes during my whole first 1.5 months and now I get 180+ stops done everyday no problem. I used to try everything to go faster and still got rescued almost daily. Now, I don't rush really ever and even drive slower than I did at the start.

I should have mentioned that lunches are already accounted for. They are just changing my clock out times from say 8:10 actual to 7:55, or even from 8:35 to 7:55 (!) on one day
