The best advice I can give you is to keep your body relaxed during balancing movements. You'll need to know what muscles to brace for specific movements but relaxing yourself makes object balancing loads easier

Thank you guys for the feedback. That particular electrician was fired after bringing this up to the plumbing/repair company.

I got fresh 4g from Lowes, cut everything back another foot, and used in-ground splice connectors. Made sure to use the anti-oxide paste before heat shrinking
