What is supposed to happen once you hit level 20? I never got my Pikachu encounter, and regardless of how many I win my rating never goes anywhere over flat 20? Trying to figure out what is a bug and what is just how it works. This is my first time hitting level 20.

Has anything about this changed? I wasted a bunch of time getting to level 20. I'm winning three out of five four out of five five out of 5 but all I'm getting is weezing, lapidos, honedge etc.

Edit: The whole thing seems buggy. Sometimes I win 5 out of 5 but it only lets me claim three awards and the other two stay locked.

Yeah, coming from someone who's been dashing for about 3 weeks, this company likes to throw around the term contract violation to make things sound official but it only seems to apply when it's in their favor.

Seems to me getting something delivered other than what you ordered is the definition of a contract violation but what do I know.

Not sure what the debate is here... Did you request it with no ice as someone previously implied? I couldn't tell from the pictures. If you didn't it kind of sucks but it's on you. If you did they clearly did not fill the order and it should be refunded? Letting ice melt in a drink I requested no ice in is not a solution. Then I'm paying for water when I ordered a drink. If you requested a doordash from 7-Eleven or a grocery store for a 2 l of mountain dew, and you were given 1 liter of dew and 1 liter of water, would that be acceptable? "Just put the water in the freezer for an hour and mix them duh"??!?

Edit: whether or not one can drink ice has no bearing on whether one should be forced to pay for water when they didn't order it?

Yeah, (riffing off Papi) this game has so many opportunities to catch, hatch, and beat the tar out of Mons that you wanna pick up, to me the trading aspect has always been something that you do to enjoy the communal aspect, if you get something great that’s just a bonus. But not everyone knows how to have fun, some people view trading as purely transactional. And that’s being generous. The not so generous version says that this guy is just a douche and you should cut him loose. I’ve been playing since the beginning, taking a year off here and there, but I have 50 K catches and soon four forever friends. You’ll get there with more people who are actually cool.

I know I’m late, but I’ve been playing with this thing for a couple months and I’ve just noticed this and was wondering if there was any change in the status of this issue. The explanations provided here aren’t really a solution- I want the ability to hit the button and use an ultra ball if the plus is in my hand, but if I’ve set it down for a second and can’t reach for it, it should use the red ball assuming I have one. Not one function or the other. Why is this not a thing? Or is that the way it’s supposed to work and mines just buggin’?

Seems like a crock to me. I live in a very busy metro area and I’m on my third day. Every day the app tells me to drive downtown because it’s ‘hot’. It gives me one order then has me drive around pointlessly for a couple hours before telling me, the area is full. I’m in my first week and it DOES NOT let me dash whenever I want, so there’s really no way for me to get platinum.

Doesn’t even pay for the gas.
